TrainFit Club is bringing back to the Kingston scene its annual FITMAS event after a three-year hiatus. This year’s 8th staging of the event is scheduled to take place on Sunday at R.E.N.U. Attractions, Cavaliers in the hills of St Andrew, approximately 20 minutes from Stony Hill Square.

The TrainFit Club delivered a successful FitMas event last Sunday (December 15) after returning from a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. FitMas began at 5:30 am at Shortwood Practising School—sponsors treated patrons with refreshments and outdoor gear in preparation for outdoor activities such as a hike and nature trail, yoga session, and picnic by the river.

TrainFit Club hosted its annual FITMAS on Sunday, December 14th, bringing to the event this year some new intimate experiences.
The event featured a hike/ nature trail, yoga session and picnic by the river and newly-introduced massages by HEART NSTA Trust Salon 10 with Christmas curated stops along the trail.
